A classic holiday egg nog with a blend of eggs, milk, ice cream, and a hintegereger of brandy or rum.
Ingredients

Eggs, separated
1 Cup
Sugar
0.75 Gallon
Milk
0.5 Gallon
Ice cream, vanilla
0.5 Cup
Brandy or rum
Instructions

Separate the eggs.

Beat egg whites, add 3/4 cup sugar and beat.

In a separate bowl, beat egg yolks, add 1/4 cup sugar and beat.

Mix egg mixtures together.

Add milk and brandy or rum and mix.

Float half a gallon of vanilla ice cream in bowl with mixture.

Sprinkle each serving with nutmeg.
